Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Maraki Kids Fashion, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To initiate a return, please email us at marakifashion0@gmail.com with your order details.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item and returning the original purchase for a refund.
• To return the original item, please follow our return process by emailing marakifashion0@gmail.com with your order details.
• Exchanges are subject to availability, and refunds will be processed as outlined in our refund policy.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
